Serves 2 (or 4 as a starter)
450g diced chicken breast
Juice from half a lemon
2 cloves garlic, chopped
5 tablespoon melted coconut oil
2 teaspoons TURMERIC [blend]
1 teaspoon paprika
Half teaspoon ground cumin
A good pinch of salt & pepper
- Put the chicken in a bowl and add all of the remaining ingredients, marinate for at least 20 minutes.
- If you are using wooden kebab sticks soak them in water whilst the chicken marinates.
- Skewer the chicken onto the kebab sticks and grill over medium heat until cooked through, about 4-5 minutes per side.
