Serves 2 (or 4 as a starter)

450g diced chicken breast
Juice from half a lemon
2 cloves garlic, chopped
5 tablespoon melted coconut oil
2 teaspoons TURMERIC [blend]
1 teaspoon paprika
Half teaspoon ground cumin
A good pinch of salt & pepper

  1. Put the chicken in a bowl and add all of the remaining ingredients, marinate for at least 20 minutes.

  2. If you are using wooden kebab sticks soak them in water whilst the chicken marinates.

  3. Skewer the chicken onto the kebab sticks and grill over medium heat until cooked through, about 4-5 minutes per side.
