Dispatch
All orders are processed and dispatched usually within 2 working days; Please bear in mind that that could stretch to 3 working days following Bank Holidays or particularly busy periods. If you need you order faster please select the Royal Mail 24 option for priority dispatch.

Free postage in the UK on orders over £30 and subscriptions over £20
All UK orders are sent using Royal Mail 48. Royal Mail aim to deliver within 2-3 working days.
Customers can choose to upgrade their postage options to Royal Mail 24 at a small extra cost.

We offer free delivery on all orders over £30 and on all subscription orders over £20. Please note that if you change your mind about a product or subscription order, we will issue a full refund minus our standard delivery charge of £2.95 if we covered the cost of delivery on your order.

International orders
We ship internationally, prices vary according to weight and destination. In order to keep the cost of postage down as far as possible for our customers we subsidise these costs, deducting the amount that we usually contribute for domestic orders.

International orders headed to Europe should be received within 4-7 working days and worldwide within 6-9 working days but this is not guaranteed and timescales can be subject to delays due to multiple carriers and cross agency work.

Please note: Customers outside of the United Kingdom may be subject to customs fees and/or import duties and taxes, which are added once a parcel reaches your country. We have no control over these charges and cannot forecast what they may be, we do not cover any additional charges added to your delivery. Any such involvement from your customs office may incur a delay in delivery, again this is out of our control and we are unable to predict timescales. We advise you contact your local customs office or tax authority for further clarification if you are unsure.
