Returns

We are happy to accept returns for any unopened, unused and undamaged products within 28 days of purchase and will issue a refund upon receipt.

If we covered the cost of delivery on your order (e.g. free delivery on orders over £30 or for subscriptions over £20), our standard delivery charge of £2.95 will be deducted from your refund to help cover this cost. We do not cover the cost of return postage. If 28 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure their personal details are correct when placing an order, and to update delivery details on any active subscription plans if their address changes. Nature Squared accepts no responsibility for orders sent to an address that should have been updated. It is the customer's responsibility to arrange collection or forwarding of the order from the delivery point.

Any orders returned to us by Royal Mail due to delivery failure (for example, because of an incorrect address, non-collection, or other delivery issue) will incur a £2.95 charge for the order to be dispatched again. If the customer chooses not to have the order redelivered but wants a refund instead, a £2.95 deduction will apply – unless the original order included a paid delivery charge, in which case no further deduction will be made.
