I still take one every day. Every bit of me hurts. It eases it a little bit. My Arthritis is extremely painful especially lower back and neck. I cannot stand longer than 2 minutes, ie, cleaning my teeth. Have to hang on to furniture or my frame to stay standing. In wheelchair or buggy for every thing else.
At nearly 92 don’t want repeat orders coming. Have one bag unopened here.
