After a chance conversation with Katie on a plane bound for Tenerife a few years ago I decided that I needed to take better care of myself. I was particularly interested in the Turmeric and Katie explained how inflammation works well with it. Up until taking the capsules I took Turmeric neat ( not particularly pleasant!!)
