I have been taking the Turmeric for a couple of years and thought I would stop taking them because I did not think they were doing anything. However, I was very wrong after a couple of weeks of not taking my daily dose of Turmeric the pain and stiffness in my hands/ fingers returned. I can only say just try it you will notice the difference!
